• Do you have a return policy on Builder's Supply products?            

Yes, we do. RETURN POLICY- All returns will be at the manager's discretion.  There will be absolutely no returns on: Package Products, Block, Special Order Items, Brick/Stone  *Restocking fee of 20% will apply for all items.  ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITH A RECEIPT WITHIN (7) DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE!  

• How does your scheduling work? 

First come, first serve basis.  We try to accommodate the best that we can however, there are times where bigger jobs call for more- sometimes all of our trucks.  If you are looking for first thing in the morning, please call ahead of time.  Customers are asked to release their trucks by 3:00PM the day before delivery or else they will be moved to a different time to suit someone who is ready.

• Will you deliver outside of normal business hours?

Yes, we will- just be willing to pay for it.  Normal delivery hours 6:00AM-4:00PM on site (summer) and 7:00AM-3:00PM  on site (winter).

• How long do I have to get the concrete off of the truck?       

Waiting Time- 6 Minutes per cubic yard is allowed for unloading.  Excess (waiting time) to be charged at the rate of $150.00/hour

• Do you have a minimum amount of yardage?                                                   

 4 yards is our minimum without being charged a short load charge.  The least amount of yardage we will put on a truck is 2 yards but you will be charged a short load fee for it.

• What is the maximum amount of yardage?

We will haul NO MORE than 10 yards in our trucks.  

• Are your trucks front or rear loaders?

We only have front end loading trucks.

• What is the height on the trucks?   14'1"

• How far do the chutes on the truck reach? 

 Our trucks reach approx.. 14-16ft from the front bumper to the end of the chutes.

• Will the driver be able to bring an extra chute to the job?

      No.  Our trucks come with the chutes that are available for that truck. 

• Do you rent your power buggy?

        Yes, we do. Our Daily Rental Fee is: $200.00 per day  Weekend Fee: $500.00        Weekly Fee: $600.00  Monthly Fee: $1950.00.  

• Do you supply stone and sand?

Yes, we do!  We have state-certified #57 Limestone, #8 Gravel, #8 Limestone, and non-state certified 2A Modified in stock.  We have Fine Mason Sand, and Concrete Sand.  We can get other non-state, and state-certified stone.  Call for pricing and delivery.

• Do you have a pump truck?

Yes we do, it is a 38 Meter Schwing pump.  See our pump truck link for more details about the pump.  Call for pricing.
